She is committed to reimagining leadership—rethinking roles, redistributing responsibilities, and prioritizing the cultivation of positive, supportive environments. Informed by her research and practical insights, Donna works to share and promote this leadership approach, inspiring transformative change in organizations, communities, and beyond.
